*** NEW EMPLOYEE ***
We would like to welcome Mitchell Enderson to the Lac qui Parle-Yellow Bank Watershed District. Mitch will be taking over for Mary Homan who will be retiring from the Watershed District at the end of 2016. Mary will be missed but we wish her much happiness as she starts this new chapter in her life!
My name is Mitchell Enderson and I am extremely excited to begin a terrific new adventure with the Lac qui Parle-Yellow Bank Watershed District. The position allows my wife (originally from Madison) and I (Benson) the opportunity to return to the area where we were raised and do the same with our 9 month old daughter, Addelyn. I originally studied and received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from NDSU in Fargo, ND. Following accounting, I became interested in working with water protection in the Midwest and returned to school for a second Bachelor of Science degree studying hydrogeology at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. I am thrilled to now have the opportunity to return home and help protect the wetland resources while raising Addelyn closer to family.
