Serve as a partner in water planning and management with the State Agencies, Counties, Cities, & Soil & Water Conservation Districts, and assist with the management of water quality and quantity within the Lac qui Parle-Yellow Bank Watershed boundaries.

Del Clark Lake Sediment Retention Basins


Click on the photos below to view a time lapse of sediment retention basins that will filter pollutants prior to reaching the lake and help protect the status of Del Clark as a lake in full support of aquatic recreational use.  These projects were completed in June, 2021 with the aid of a Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources Clean Water Fund grant.
